Cookie policy

This notice explains data processing on damor.it. Optional services stay blocked until you choose. Both languages share your choices on the same browser. Privacy policy.
Your choices
Accept and Reject have equal prominence. Customize lets you choose Functionality and Measurement separately, both initially off. Closing the initial panel saves a rejection; closing a reopened panel keeps the saved choices. Scrolling and continued browsing never count as consent.
Your choice lasts six calendar months and applies in both languages on this browser and hostname. It is not shared across domains or devices. Change or withdraw it in any page’s footer. Clearing browser data prevents recognition of an earlier choice. Material processing changes require a new choice. Optional services remain off if the browser cannot save a preference.
Cookies and browser storage
| Name / provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
damor_privacy_v2D’Amor | Necessary. Records purposes, action, time, expiry and notice version. A localStorage copy with the same name notifies other tabs and cannot enable services independently. | Six calendar months. The localStorage copy is invalid after the recorded expiry. |
_ga, _ga_WZQ8X5XDDCGoogle Analytics | Optional Measurement. Distinguishes visits and sessions for website statistics. | 180 days, without automatic renewal by this website. |
_GRECAPTCHAGoogle reCAPTCHA | Optional Functionality on this site. Cookies and browser storage for the form’s spam-risk analysis. | Controlled by Google. Lifetimes vary by widget and browser; see Google’s information below. |
The preference cookie is first-party, host-only, uses SameSite=Lax and Secure over HTTPS. It contains no name, email, messages or advertising identifier. Notice versions are kept in the website’s version history. No external consent-log platform is used.
Necessary operations
Netlify delivers the site and handles submitted forms, with Akismet spam filtering. These operations may process technical and security data without activating optional Google services. Saving and applying preferences does not require optional consent.
Functionality: protected form
The form and Google reCAPTCHA load only after you enable Functionality. Google receives device, network and interaction data and may use cookies and browser storage for risk analysis. Email and WhatsApp links are available without this choice.
Withdrawal removes the embedded form and stops further loading from it. It cannot erase cookies or storage on Google’s domains or undo data already transmitted. Use browser controls and Google’s privacy tools for those records.
Measurement: Google Analytics 4
We retain the existing Analytics property G-WZQ8X5XDDC. The service loads only after Measurement consent on the production site, for basic statistics: page views, traffic sources, approximate location and devices. Google Signals, advertising personalisation and enhanced measurement are disabled. Form contents are not intentionally sent to Analytics. Development and deploy previews do not enable collection.
Rejection or withdrawal disables collection on this browser and deletes the site’s Analytics cookies. Google consent signals reflect the choice and advertising purposes always remain denied. The 180-day cookies are distinct from property retention: 2 months for events, 14 months for user data, with identifier retention reset by new activity. Aggregated reports follow separate rules.
Links and browser controls
Social networks and WhatsApp are ordinary external links, not embedded widgets. Fonts and images are served locally, without Google Fonts requests to display them. Inspect or delete cookies and storage in browser settings. Blocking all first-party cookies prevents saving a choice and keeps optional services off. Controller, recipients, transfers, retention and rights are explained in the privacy policy.
